Warranty Coverage

All Cookify cookware products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

 This warranty covers:

1.Manufacturing defects

2.Defects in materials or craftsmanship

 

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

1.Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper cleaning

2.Scratches, stains, discoloration, or non-stick coating deterioration due to regular use

3.Damages from overheating or improper cooking techniques

4.Commercial or industrial use of products

5.Use with metal utensils, dishwasher damage (if product is hand-wash only)

 

How to file warranty claim?

To file a warranty claim:

Exchange at Store

Customers can exchange the product at any nearby Cookify authorized store

To be noted:

The exchange request is within the warranty period

The customer presents a valid purchase invoice

The product is physically inspected and the defect is confirmed as covered under warranty

Store staff will assist with the exchange process or guide you on the next steps if a replacement is not available in stock.

Online Warranty Claim Procedure

If you cannot visit a store, you can also claim your warranty online:

2.    Provide your order ID, product name, and a clear photo/video showing the defect

 

3.    Attach a copy of your original purchase invoice or order confirmation

 

Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. If the issue is covered, we will provide:

A free replacement

 

Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

You are responsible for shipping the defective product to our facility if required

If your claim is approved, Cookify will cover the return shipping of the replacement product

 

Other Conditions

Warranty is valid only for products purchased through official Cookify channels

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

Cookify Global reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims
