At Cookify Global, we are committed to delivering your cookware safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

 

1. Order Processing Time

     All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

     Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

     Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as location, courier delays, or peak seasons.

 

3. Shipping Charges

     Free Shipping for prepaid orders

     For Cash on delivery extra 40 rupees will be charged

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

     A confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

     Live tracking access through courier partner's platform.

 

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

     An incorrect or incomplete address,

     Multiple failed delivery attempts,

     Refusal to accept the parcel,

We will contact you to confirm the address and reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

     Damaged, or

     With missing items,

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@cookifyglobal.com with pictures and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
