Return & Refund Policy – Cookify Global

At Cookify Global, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our cookware. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

     Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

     Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

     Non-returnable items:

     Used or damaged products not caused by transit or manufacturing defects.

     Items without original packaging or accessories.

     Clearance or final sale items.

To initiate a return, please email us at care@cookifyglobal.com or call us at 9037224100  with your order ID, reason for return, and clear product images (if applicable).

 

Refunds

     Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

     If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

     If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will bear the return shipping cost.

     For other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 

Replacements

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we will arrange a free replacement.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can opt for a return after delivery.
